Nigeria remain unchanged in the latest FIFA World Rankings.
The Super Eagles are still 44th in the world, and 6th in Africa, following recent draws against Scotland and Greece.
Algeria have moved to the top of the CAF rankings, overtaking Ivory Coast, who have paid the price for a friendly defeat to Bosnia & Herzegovina.
Cameroon, who are also at the World Cup, have slipped six places to 10th in Africa and 56th overall.
In the world rankings, World Cup hosts Brazil have moved up to third, having leapfrogged Portugal, while Argentina move up to fifth and Switzerland to sixth.
Colombia are the big losers, dropping three places to eighth.
