The ‘Black Skinhead’ rapper was believed to have attended a family dinner hosted by his wife Kim Kardashian West‘s sister Khloe Kardashian but it’s now been revealed he decided to mark the occasion without the help of his family.
Kanye left his wife and 17-month-old daughter North in the US while he jetted off to the French city to dine at Ralph Lauren‘s restaurant with two male friends, the New York Post newspaper’s PageSix reports.
However, Kim seemed to be unfazed by her husband’s decision to skip her family meal, as she took to Twitter to reveal what she was thankful for on the American holiday.
She wrote: ‘Happy Thanksgiving! I’m so thankful to have spent the day with my whole family over at Khloes house today! Khloe cooked so much yummy food! (sic).’
The 34-year-old beauty also hinted she has no plans to take on the role of a traditional housewife by hosting her own Thanksgiving dinner in the future, claiming Khloe, will be doing it every year from now on.
She added: ‘Thank you for start a new tradition Khlo! Thanksgiving at Koko’s (sic).’
And while Kanye is reported to have missed out on the celebrations, Kim and Khloe’s pregnant sister Kourtney Kardashian, and her partner Scott Disick and their children Mason and Penelope , and brother Rob Kardashian were among the guests there to indulge in turkey, pumpkin pie and other festive treats.

The ‘Imitation Game’ actor – who recently announced his engagement to Sophie Hunter – won’t be personally taking any photos of him and his bride on their wedding day and instead would rather just ‘enjoy the moment’.
He explained: ‘What a tragic waste of engagement. Enjoy the moment.’
‘Do something more worthwhile with your time, anything. Stare out the window and think about life.’
Meanwhile, the 38-year-old actor also revealed that he hates having his every move scrutinised and has banned social media for that reason.
He told USA TODAY: ‘I find it hard enough in my day-to-day life to give myself a context that’s private or removed from constant observation.’
‘I want to keep a diary so my grandkids can have it, but I have no interest in publishing it. We’re all paparazzi now. I have no appetite for it. I can’t relate to the need to expose people. Now, it’s so easy.’

Busta Rhymes suffered a head injury last Friday, November 21, 2014 after falling off stage.
The 42-year-old rapper was making a surprise appearance at New York’s Webster Hall where fellow rapper O.T. Genasis was performing, when he accidentally nose-dived into the crowd and was left with blood running down his face.
Following the incident, the ‘Gimme Some More’ hitmaker was taken backstage for medical treatment but did not re-emerge after the incident, TMZ reports.
Busta – whose real name is Trevor Tahiem Smith, Jr. – has now taken to twitter to assure fans he is well, claiming he has suffered much worse injuries during his extensive career.
He wrote: ‘I SALUTE ALL CALLS FRM FAMILY AND FRIENDS MAKIN’ SURE I’M GOOD. JUST 4 THE RECORD I’M SUPER GOOD!! WHEN U LOVE WHAT U DO AND UR PASSIONATE..

An irate and disappointed middle aged man has demanded that his church refund his past contributions, including tithes, or else face court action.
The middle aged man claims his Accra-based church refused to assist him, in a period during which he faced extreme financial difficulties.
The disappointed man insists that his contributions to the church, which cover a period of fifteen (15) years, should have afforded him some reprieve in his time of trouble.
However, he claims the one place where he expected to find help turned a blind eye on his predicament and his pleas for help fell on deaf ears.
He has decided to move to a new church which would be more willing to assist its members but before he leaves, he says he wants the church to pay back every cedi he has ever paid into their coffers.
“I want them to pay me all the money I have given to them since I started churching [fellowshipping] with them.
His demands are not restricted to donations and collection however. The frustrated man insists that even the tithes he paid over the fifteen (15) year period should be returned to him.
“Everything. Donations, everything they should refund my money to me. The tithes I am paying is not going to God, it’s going to one particular person and that is the pastor. It is not going to God, it is going to the pastor.”
The peeved man insists that the money he paid should still be in the church coffers and that the money “can never fly”.
I want them to give me my money, he reiterated. “If they do not give me back my money, I will take them to court!”.

Not less than 230 voters card were on Saturday snatched by hoodlums at the ongoing distribution of Permanent Voters Card, PVC, in Nasarawa State.
The Resident Electoral Commissioner, REC, Ahmed Makama said that 91 cards were snatched in Karu, 50 in Akwanga while another 90 were carted away in Agyaragu area of Obi Local Government.
The distribution of the PVC commenced on Friday and about 1.2 million cards are expected to be distributed till Sunday.
Mr. Makama explained that all the culprits have been apprehended and would be charged to court.
He said some of the cards have been recovered and his officers, in the areas were the cards were recovered, continued with the exercise.
“We encountered voters card snatching in Agyaragu ward area of Obi where some hoodlums were so inpatient, they at a point said that they were the ones that will be distributing the PVC’s, they didn’t know our process, so they snatched cards and were arrested”.
We invited the police and those arrested have been handed over to the police for further investigation and prosecution.
“My staff were faced with another challenge in Bagaji primary school Unit in Karu local government where the people said after the first day’s work that our staff will not leave their unit with the cards.
They insisted that the cards had to be deposited in the chief’s palace and ignorantly the Chief supported them”.
Mr. Makama said for peace sake, he allowed the cards to be left in the chief’s palace after which he invited the police who retrieved the cards. He said those involved will be charged to court.
Confirming the incident, the police spokesperson, Ugochukwu Theodore, said some boys attempted to snatch PVCs and INEC materials from Sabon Kwarra unit in Agyaragu of Obi and his men arrested two of them.
“Also at Tsowon Kasuwa, in Karu area, our men arrested two persons who also attempted to snatch PVCs from the area, and the four of them had been transferred to state CID for further investigation and would soon be charged to court”.

Governor Ayo Fayose has blamed the Kayode Fayemi administration for squandering Ekiti state resources leaving him with little or no funds to run the state.
Fayose made this disclosure yesterday while featuring on a radio/television programme ‘Meet your Governor’.
He also use the occasion to announce a reduction of the tuition being paid by students of the Ekiti State University (EKSU), Ado-Ekiti, from N50,000 to N30,000.
According to Fayose: “On the day of my inauguration, I gave an overview of what the debt profile of the state is. Later, we have been discovering a lot of needless loans taken by that government on non-viable projects.
“For instance, the Civic Centre they started in Ado-Ekiti, they have committed N1.2 billion into it and the contractors are saying another N1.2 billion is needed to complete it. Over N2 billion was spent on Ikogosi Warm Spring Resort and was given to their cronnies to manage, as of now, less than N10 million has accrued as income from it.
“They said I have been given some money on federal roads they worked on; that is a lie.
The Federal Government is saying it won’t reimburse Ekiti because the Fayemi’s administration did not take permission to work on those roads.
“We are just liaising with them to get the situation redressed. No kobo has also been given to the state from Ecological Funds,” he said.
On the frosty relationship between him and All Progressives Congress members of the state House of Assembly, the governor accused the lawmakers of not putting Ekiti first in their considerations.
“Adewale Omirin, as the speaker, did not attend my inauguration ceremony.
After the event, we met and talked and we agreed to work together.
They asked that their monthly running grant of N48 million be paid in full, even when other agencies had theirs slashed by 60 per cent or stopped totally because of poor finances, we still gave them their full grant.
“The N2 billion loan for SMEs that we wanted to access from the CBN, they now said they should be given 10 per cent of it which is N200 million and I refused.
“They have a mindset and directive from their leaders that they must cripple my government and I know the people of the state will not allow that,” he stated.

Governor of Osun, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, on Sunday said Friday’s bombing in Kano is an indication that Nigeria is in grave danger, as attacks from Islamist sect Boko Haram intensify.
Scores have been killed and 270 others wounded when two s*****e bombers blew themselves up and gunmen opened fire during Friday prayers at the mosque, a week after the emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi II, of one of Nigeria’s top Islamic leaders called on northerners to defend themselves against Boko Haram Islamists that have been carrying out deadly attacks and seizure of territory in the northeast.
“The Friday bombing of Emir’s palace’s Mosque has proved ultimately and beyond any doubt that this country faces daunting challenges posed by the Boko Haram insurgents,” Aregbesola said in a statement by the Director, Bureau of Communication at the weekly prayer session of Nasrullahi -il Fathi Society of Nigeria (NASFAT), Osogbo Branch.
“Condemnable as the act is, yet it baffles one that a lot of us still deceive ourselves by reading religious colouration to this whole violence,” he said.
Aregbesola noted that there is no way a true Muslim will blow up a mosque.
“I do not believe that a Muslim, who is a true Muslim, can do this to a Christian let alone a fellow Muslim hiding under the guise of promoting his religion.
“It is painful to hear that the places of worship are no longer safe places for our people,” he lamented.
“It indeed saddens the heart that people would go to prayer on a Friday or Sunday and there and then in the Sanctuary of God meet his death in the most grievous manner,” Aregbesola said.
He therefore called on the people of the country to pray fervently to rescue the country from the clutches of Boko Haram.
He also advised them to be vigilant, as he identified market places, motor parks and other places of social gathering as prime targets for heinous crimes by the insurgents. He also said that any suspicious movements should be reported to the security agencies.

The battle for political leadership come 2015 will be tough, no doubt. On Saturday, a former Lagos State Deputy Governor, Rafiu Jafojo, and other top chieftains of the Peoples Democratic Party in Lagos defected to the All Progressives Congress, APC.
According to NAN, others who defected included former Lagos State Chairman, Elders Council of PDP, Dr. Oluyomi Finnih, and former state secretary of the party, Tunde Daramola.
Welcoming the new members, the state chairman of APC, Chief Henry Ajomale,said they had made a good decision. He promised that the party would be fair to them.
Dr. Finnih, who spoke on behalf of the new members, said the defectors had come for the unity of the party and not to divide it.
“We took the bold decision because we see the party as a prosperous party.
We defected based on the lack of internal democracy in the PDP and our aim is winning the presidential election by APC,” he said.
The state Governor, Babatunde Fashola, said that the party was glad to accommodate the new members.
Fashola urged them to ensure that the party’s interest was placed above individual interest, saying that there would be a level-playing ground.
APC leaders say they are sure of victory now, even more than before.

President Goodluck Jonathan on Saturday assured Nigerians that Book Haram insurgency in the country will soon end.
The president made this known in Lagos when he hosted some Igbo market and town union leaders under the auspices of the Transformation Ambassadors of Nigeria led by billionaire businessmen Arthur Eze and Ifeanyi Ubah.
“I just want to tell Nigerians that this phase will surely pass,” said Jonathan, who lamented the Kano bomb attack where about 200 people were killed on Friday.
“This intimidation will not last. We will continue to improve on the technology needed to combat terrorism,” he added.
The president said further that other countries have faced terrorism and have overcome. This he said shows that Nigeria will also overcome its challenges.
He thanked the Igbo leaders who represented the 158 recognized markets in the state, as well as the town unions in Lagos, for vowing to deliver all Igbo votes in the state to the PDP in the 2015 presidential election.
Speaking earlier, Prince Arthur Eze urged Igbos to continue mobilizing votes for Jonathan because he has the fear of God and sincerity to work for the nation.

Boko Haram has invaded Borno State once again.
The terrorists attacked the Local Government Council headquarters of Shani in Borno State yesterday evening, and shot at residents sporadically National Mirror reports.
Scores of people are said to have been killed, and many injured.
According to eyewitnesses, the insurgents stormed the town arriving on 10 motorcycles and were armed with Ak47 rifles, petrol bombs and Improvised Explosive Devices.
Reports state that neither military operatives nor police authorities were present to defend the town.

I decided to escape from the cell to avoid the trouble I had put myself into, unknown to me that I was complicating matter. After my two cell mates had slept, I started using my hands to dig the wall silently in the dead of the night. I started from a point where I noticed a crack in the cell.When some bricks fell, I further used them in digging and after I had created a hole, I pushed my head into it and tried to escape before dawn. Unfortunately for me, I got stuck, so I shouted. My cry brought the policemen on duty towards the cell and woke my co-inmates up. That was how I was rescued and secured till I was brought to Ibadan.”
Now, I know that crime does not pay. If God should save me from the current situation I am in now, I will never venture into crime again in my life. I have realised that whatever is acquired fraudulently or any ill-gotten wealth does not last. I have my time and life. If I had been contented with my little business and had not engaged in crime, I would not have lost my belongings which now serve as part of the exhibits recovered.”
