Anne Hathaway threw a party when she found out Adam Shulman was single

The ‘Intern’ actress admits she has never had a problem ‘making the first move’ with guys and though her now-husband had a girlfriend when they first met so she didn’t approach him, as soon as his status changed she engineered another meeting.

She admitted: ‘I have no problem making the first move when I see a guy I like.

‘I was in L.A. when I met him. I was told he had a girlfriend, and I backed off because I’m not that girl. Then when I found out six weeks later that he didn’t have a girlfriend, I was like ‘We should throw a party. We should invite Adam.’

The 31-year-old beauty – who married Adam two years ago – says she and her spouse had a ‘very powerful’ connection from the beginning of their relationship and their union gets stronger every day.
