Mr. Dimgba Igwe, Vice Chairman of the Sun Newspapers, 58, is dead. He died from injuries sustained in an accident, Saturday morning in Lagos.
Mr. Igwe was knocked down by a vehicle while jogging near his residence in Okota area of Lagos. He was immediately taken to the hospital where he underwent surgery but died afterwards. Dimgba Igwe dies at 58.
Dr Orji Uzor Kalu, chairman of the Sun Publishing Limited described the incident as the darkest day in the history of the organization.
