Nigeria grabs late draw against Scotland ahead of World Cup 2014

A late Uche Nwofor strike rescued the Super Eagles of Nigeria from a loss against the Tartan Terriers of Scotland in Fulham, England as the team pulled a 2-2 draw.


The match, played on Wednesday, May 28, 2014, saw Scotland grabbing the lead twice with a Charlie Mulgrew strike and an Azubuike Egwuekwe own goal.


Nigeria will play Greece before heading over to Brazil for the World Cup finals.
